MIR Limited (“Company”) offers MuchBetter users in Brazil (“User(s)”) the opportunity to receive reward credits from the Company (“Reward Credits”). The Reward Credits will be awarded as described below (the “Offer(s)”).

Below are the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), applicable to the offers. By participating in each of the Offers, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the applicable parts of the Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the Offers is subject to the general MuchBetter User Terms. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the MuchBetter User Terms.

1. The Offer – During the promotion period, a User can claim $1 cashback for every $20 wallet top up and deposit, up to a maximum of five cashback can be claimed each day per User.

1.1. Eligibility

In order to participate in the Offer, a User must meet all of the following conditions in the exact following order:

1.1.1. New User:

1.1.2. Create an account via this link;

1.1.3. Complete verification of the MuchBetter account;

1.1.4. Make a single top up of at least 20 USD or the equivalent currency amount through the Account with PIX as the top up method;

1.1.5. Straight after, make a payment of at least 20 USD to a Merchant through the MuchBetter app, following the top up, within the same day, during the promotion period.

1.1.6. Existing User:

1.1.7. Hold an existing account with MuchBetter prior to claiming the offer;

1.1.8. Make a single top up of at least 20 USD or the equivalent currency amount through the Account with PIX as the top up method;

1.1.9. Straight after, make a payment of at least 20 USD to a Merchant through the MuchBetter app, following the top up, within the same day, during the promotion period.

1.2. Rewards

1.2.1. An existing Account holder who satisfies all the eligibility conditions set above in section 1.1 (Eligibility) following the exact order of actions will be entitled to a credit of 1 USD (or the equivalent currency) cashback each time for a qualifying top up in the MuchBetter wallet, and subsequently making a deposit to a Merchant via MuchBetter. Up to a maximum of five cashback can be claimed each day per Account holder during the promotion period. The total eligible daily cashback will be issued to the User account on the following day of the qualifying top up and deposits.

2. General Terms

The following terms in this provision apply to all Offers:

2.1. Users must reside in Brazil when participating in the applicable Offer.

2.2. Each person may only maintain one Account.

2.3. A User participating in the Offers must not be an employee, director, associate, agent, affiliate, relative or otherwise connected to the Company or any affiliate thereto.

2.4. Applicable Rewards will be credited to the User’s Account within 24 hours after they completed all the eligibility terms for the applicable Offer.

2.5. Reward credit cannot be withdrawn and must be spent with a merchant.

2.6. Rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a Reward for the purposes of investigation or for any other reason it deems appropriate. The Company may also refuse to verify and process any Account opening request that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on Company, its Affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors,
employees, representatives and agents.

2.7. All of the Company’s decisions are final and binding, including without limitation decisions as to whether a User will be verified or eligible for the reward.

3. Prohibited activities; Fraudulent and Suspicious Behavior

You shall not perform any of the following activities:

3.1. Manipulate or abuse the Offer including without limitation making fake and/or artificial deposits

3.2. Register an Account using counterfeit, forged, imitated, stolen or otherwise altered identification documents.

3.3. Register a new Account or enter with multiple or fake emails addresses or accounts, use fictitious identities or use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate in the Offers or receive a Reward Credit;

3.4. Participate in the Offers where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable regulations or local legislation in your jurisdiction.

3.5. The Company may prohibit any existing User or new User from participating in the Offers or receiving Reward Credits if it determines in its sole discretion that such User is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the Offers in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices.

3.6. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFERS MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFERS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

4. Term Termination

4.1. The Offer is valid from August 4th 00:00 pm UTC, 2021 until September 3rd 23:59 pm UTC, 2021. The Offer and Applicable Rewards is available to all customer accounts that satisfy all the eligibility conditions set in section 1.1. In exceptional cases, Company may conclude the Offers immediately, at any time, due to security or rewards abuse issues, requirements of applicable law or regulation, or otherwise where the Offers are not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, postpone, change or suspend these Offers at its sole discretion and at any time change these Terms and Conditions including the applicable Rewards rate. By continuing to participate in the Offers, you shall be deemed to accept such changes.
