The promoter is MuchBetter whose head office is currently located at Champions House, Tromode Business Park, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM4 4RL.

The competition is open to residents of the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of MuchBetter.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The closing date for entry will be  Monday 10th October 2022. After this date, no further competition entries will be permitted.

Entries will only be accepted via Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Entries will not be accepted via Instagram Stories or Facebook Stories.

How to enter:
Entrants can enter by completing the following steps:

1. Unlock the MuchBetter dolphin using the official Big Splash App
2. Take a group or individual selfie with the MuchBetter dolphin. We will be judging your image on 2 main elements:
   
   • Creativity
   • Fun
3. Share the selfie with MuchBetter plus a line to explain what they love about the MuchBetter dolphin. This can be done by:
   1. Sharing the selfie on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter with a few words to explain what they love about the MuchBetter dolphin and tagging @paymuchbetter. When sharing, entrants should use the hashtag #MuchBetterDolphin. Entrants should also keep in mind privacy settings and ensuring MuchBetter will be able to view the post.
   2. Sharing the selfie and reason with MuchBetter by direct messaging @paymuchbetter on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.

Photos shared on Instagram Stories or Facebook Stories will not be considered an entry into the competition due to MuchBetter not being able to download or save the photo.

How winners will be chosen:
Three winners will be selected by an in-house panel of judges at MuchBetter. The process for selecting the winners will be as follows:

• Members of the marketing team will monitor the MuchBetter social media pages throughout the campaign, downloading all entries received and saving on a central system
• Once the competition is closed, the marketing team will select up to 20 photos to be presented to the in-house panel of judges as a shortlist.
• The judging panel will then select a winner, runner up and third position from the shortlisted photos.

The judging panel will include three members of the management team. A member of the compliance team will be present at the judging and the process will be recorded.

The winners will be notified by a direct message on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram (depending on how they entered) within seven days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by @paymuchbetter. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

MuchBetter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes:
Winners will receive LoveIOM gift cards to the following values.

• Winner - £150
• Runner up - £100
• Third place - £50

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Data:
MuchBetter will save all competition entries, including the name / social media handle of the entrant. MuchBetter may also share some of the entries on social media during the campaign. The winner agrees to the use of their name / social media handle and image in any publicity material, including social media. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [IOM] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

This data will be kept until 60 days after the competition closes, at which point the selfies and names will be destroyed. If MuchBetter would like to keep any photos for promotional purposes after the 60 days, MuchBetter will request direct permission from the entrant. If there is no response or the entrant declines, the photo and data will be destroyed from MuchBetter files.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Isle of Man law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.
